
Carolyn McCulley is the author of two books,
Radical Womanhood: Feminine Faith in a Feminist World (Moody Publishers, 2008) and
Did I Kiss Marriage Goodbye? Trusting God with a Hope Deferred (Crossway, 2004). Carolyn is also a contributor to
Sex and the Supremacy of Christ, edited by John Piper and Justin Taylor (Crossway, 2005), as well as to other webzines and publications. She is a frequent conference speaker for women's ministry events and also maintains a blog,
Radical Womanhood.
For ten years, Carolyn served as the media specialist for
Sovereign Grace Ministries, based in Gaithersburg, MD. Now she is the founder of a documentary company,
Citygate Films. Prior to joining Sovereign Grace, Carolyn was a freelance writer whose work appeared in publications ranging from
Christianity Today to
The Washington Post. She has also worked in corporate communications and as a television and commercial film producer. Carolyn studied at the City of London Polytechnic (England) and received her B.S. in journalism from the University of Maryland. After being part of
Covenant Life Church for 11 years, in late 2009 she became part of a new church, Redeemer Church of Arlington, in Virginia.
